Paine Field  (PAE, KPAE) is an airport located in Snohomish County, Washington. There are three runways at this airport, 16R/34L, 16L/34R and 11/29. The last runway mentioned is not operative as Boeing is leasing it to park some of their aircraft. KPAE is mostly known for the Boeing Everett Factory, which is located near the airfield. Runway 11/29  As a visitor, there are quite some things to see at this airport. Here 's a small map showing all the attractions available at Paine Field.  An "Aviation Day" will be hosted the 21st of May, which will include static and flying aircraft displays, entrance to the Flying Heritage Collection  and the Historic Flight Fundation , plus many more things. More info here . Paine Field is a wonderful place for any avgeek, it's highly recommendable to go at least once. Air Europa has finally taken delivery of its first Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, becoming the first 787 to be registered at Spain (EC-MIG). It will be deployed on flights to Tenerife North until April 1st. SP-LRF, the Boeing 787-8 currently used by Air Europa for flights to Miami will be returned to LOT Polish Airlines later this month. The LOT Boeing 787-8 operated by Air Europa on Madrid-Miami flights EC-MIG touched down at Madrid Barajas airport at 10:20 LT after performing a low pass over runway 32L, and was greeted by the airport fire sevices upon arrival to its parking position. This is one of the four 787-8 Air Europa is scheduled to recieve during 2016, the next one being EC-MIH.
